Broody? Molting?

One of my BO pullets (9 months old) is looking pretty scruffy in the last few days. She seems healthy otherwise and is still laying, but she is spending a lot of time in the nest box to lay. I am wondering if the scruffiness is due to her pulling feathers out for her nest. Maybe she's going to go broody soon? or maybe she is going to molt? What do you think?

My guess is broody! I have one BO that is intent on being a mommy and I just don't have any eggs to give her......so I just have to keep breaking her from it. Good luck!
