Broody Momma Duck I Have Some Questions!!

I have a Crested... what looks to be mallard not quite sure she has mated with our mallard, anyway she has been sitting on 25 eggs or so not quite sure how many or for how long, but the past 2 days counting today she will not get off her nest to eat, but if you look in at her she puffs up and hisses at you! i dont know does this mean we are close to a hatch date?? this will be our first time with this! she normally got off everyday to eat then all of a sudden, she doesnt want to, i dont want to move her because im afraid she wont go back any ideas??? i know she has been on them for at least 2 weeks maybe a little longer, i feel so stupid!
