Our chicken kept on getting poo stuck to her bum, in which we cut some of her bum feathers off, this was about a month ago. After looking at it this morning because more poo is stuck we saw that her bum is has gone a red colour, is this nornal?
Also we have another who goes broody every year who has had a big bare patch, which is the same redness, is it just from going or being broody?
