Broody Rhode island red

Has anyone ever heard of a hen going broody with just 2 eggs? she has been sitting on them 3 days now and she only gets off once a day and when she does she clucks the whole time and if i try to look under her she pecks me hard.

Awesome! I have a Buff Orp that went broody last fall and I've been trying to get her to do it again. She sits on 5 plastic eggs, plus other girls' eggs, every day, but I just can't get her to do it again! Bet she will when the eggs in my bator are finished incubating, LOL!
