I am not positive, but I think so. Many of the larger breeds have been bred for egg production eliminating the instinct of broodiness. I don't think this is true for bantams as the eggs are much smaller, so egg production was not the goal with most or all the bantam breeds.Are bantams more likely to go broody than large chickens
It may not be possible. The chick looked pretty weak before I came to work, but if the little guy is still among the living when I get home I will ask my wife to try again for a clear picture.I'd lI've to see a picture when you get a chance ncls school!
