broody stealing others eggs?

i have a large hen house for 15 hens and 1 rooster.
at the moment theres one broody in there sitting on eggs, she went in just two days ago but already has 10 eggs under her, i think she's stealing the other girls eggs. will she keep doing this? should i take some eggs off her?
should i remove her from the house?
if i leave her where she is will the roo attack the chicks when they hatch?

she was out and about monday like normal and took to 'the nest' early tuesday and hasnt came out since. i though chickens laid an egg a day hence why i think shes stealing others..
