I am sorry these pictures don't show us anything.
Can you try again and make sure the light is in the air cell and block the light coming from the side of the flashlight/egg with your finger.

Sacrifice one.
Put one in a zip lock back and open it outside somewhere.

I am guessing that they are no good if you can't even see an air cell.
