that is why I had them pulled 4 out of the pullet bins even as bad as tractor supply messes up the odds are still in my favor lol

Now the 2 straight runs well......... ummm yea that was purely my bargain hunter in me lol wont be the first time it comes back to bite me

Congrats on the babies! You will fall in love with your TetraTints, mine is my favorite hen in my flock. You can see her pic in my avatar. She has a nice bold personality, but also a real sweetie. Have fun with them!

Thanks yours is the one I was referring too a few post back I think that she is the most beautiful!! I saw her in another thread and I can only wish I get one like that.

Cute. I was also going to say that the chick with black spots is probably a California White.

crhickens - Although a California white is at least 1/2 leghorn I don't think it is considered a leghorn. My understanding it is just a "California White".

I have not raised these before but am hoping to get 3 of them from a local feed store on Apr 6.

HMMM, the store labeled them as California white leghorns, and I looked them up on the internet and that is what they were called. Now I am curious.
