Brower galvanized metal model #846 questions

Good day to all!

I was given a #846 11670-3 Brower incubator of years gone by...
He is claiming it is functionable.
Does anybody have a scanned copy of instructions or an efile you are willing to share? I could just WING it but any help would be really appreciated!
Also a source for parts?
