This is probably over 30 years old but in great shape, no fan. probably holds about 40 medium chicken eggs....

How high should I have the temp. for this one. (It is round, has round water depository built in below the wire.) Very small window...

Probably used about twice and a gift!!!!
Can you believe it????

Thanks.

Blessed and be blessed....I know I am

No turner, Hand turn them

It's like this model here:

http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-TIN-HEN...in_0?hash=item3a52290029&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14

It is a lot cleaner looking... No fan on it at all.

My guess is that it is closer to 40 years old. Amazing...Excited about using this...

Hubby said he grew up with using this as a kid!

I'll try to get photos and post....

Wow. 101.5 seems soooo hot.... I get scared over 100 but without a fan, I guess I really should go hotter than 99.5 or 100.

THanks Lisa

Chicken Little, how can you rotate and not lose the moisture in the little metal cup under the wire??? What temp do you hold yours at?

I really like this older model it seems to hold temp much better than the stros and I've used a few stryos in my life tim,e!

I put something under it on one side...and then switch to the next side a couple of hours or so later. I keep mine at 99.5-100. My DH uncle just borrowed it and it hatched 120 out of 120 guinea eggs.
