Is there a deficiency or blockage that now few eggs are almost white with almost calcified shell. noticed a few whitish poops in house too??? Any suggestions?

You didn't state the breed or strain or the hen.

Regardless, it is likely normal for that hen. I've a black sex link or black rock as they call them in the UK. Her litter mates lay a darker brown egg. She typically lays an egg that is quite pale and oft times rough shelled. It's just the way she processes in her reproduction. BTW, she is very, very fine hen otherwise.
