Brown Egg Layer Mix???

I think your fat fluffy one is a golden laced wyandotte. I see some barred rocks, black sex links, and the reddish yellow chicks are probably production reds or red sex links (red stars.) The yellow chicks might be Buff Orpingtons, or they might be red stars.

Have to wait and see how their feathers start coming in.

Oh, the black with white spots on their heads ad white coming in on their wings are your barred rocks.

The all black chicks may be black sex links (black stars), black australorps, or black jersey giants. If you get closeups, there are people here who can tell those apart pretty young. I don't have any black chickens myself.

Your mix looks almost the same except you have more yellow ones. What did they (the yellow ones) end up being?

I hope that you're right on that golden laced wyandotte because one of those sure would look nice in my yard!
I found out yesterday that chicks are very hard to get closeups of; they jump like crazy when the flash goes off. I might try that again in a day or two

UPDATE: They are all still alive and well. The all black one was a little weak yesterday so I'd move him closer to the lamp if he was all alone and the other chicks were under the lamp and back away from it when they all migrated aay from it again. It seemed to help because today she's chirping and running around like crazy with the rest of them. Hooray!
