Brown goop coming out of 2 month old chicks!!

Yeah, I'm confused, too. But I don't know much. I assume they have grit. (I didn't see you answer that question.)
If I come across any possible causes I'll let you know.

I'm sorry you lost 6 of your chicks, and still have one on the fence.
If you ever have to give any of them medicine, like antibiotics, for example, someone told me to crush it and mix it with coconut oil. Then freeze it. My hen loved it and ate it right up.

Thank you for the concern, I'm trying what I can right now to help her ^^

I will definitely try that if I am able to get medicine! Thank you!

Yes they do have grit as well :)

I will be sure to try that! I'll try to get medicine if I need it, I'm willing to try anything
See if you can get some Corid, it may not be a cure all - I do think she's got a crop issue as well that will need to be addressed.
Crop issues are often a symptom of another illness like Coccidiosis or some other inflammation/dysfunction in the body - so treating both would be needed. But I want to see if the crop is actually staying full overnight before we discuss treatment for that.

Yeah, I'll tell you how it goes.

My dad believes maybe her fever got so high that it caused some brain damage, but I'm not sure thats the case, but I am just wondering your opinion as well

I suppose it's possible - if she had a fever. Did you take her temperature?
An adult chicken's normal temperature averages 105-107F, chicks are a little less usually starting around 103-105F.

Sometimes a chick is weaker and they are not able to fight off pathogens like other chicks do, so they may need extra attention or medication in order to survive. Some do choose to treat while others may cull the bird if it isn't thriving as part of flock management plan for selecting hardier stock.

For some insight, I own red stars, black stars, true blues, and another breed that I am unsure of the name. They are all 2 months old.
So last week, I noticed one of my red stars being sickly in the back of their house. I climbed inside and picked her up, trying to get her responsive.
As I'm gently rubbing her back and talking to her, she all of a sudden opened her eyes and a brown goop, not blood as it was a transparent brown color, started pouring from her beak and nostrils. She then started having a seizure so I put her down to try to wait it out.
She stopped spasming and then had the goop come from her eyes. It was as if it was a horror movie!
But the thing I noticed when I picked her up was that she had a fever and was malnourished. I had noticed recently the other chicks becoming less active, but i assumed it was from the hot weather. It turned out they all were sick, skinny, and pale so I have been monitoring them since. They had been sniffling as well since I started monitoring them.
Since then, I have lost 6 chicks due to it, all dying the same way. I haven't lost any in a few days and disinfect their pen when their outside. I've been keeping them apart from the older ones in a completely different pen now and put them back at night.
Most are starting to recover now but I have one that's just not improving while the rest have color back in their faces and combs and are gaining weight back. I feed them apple slices, blueberries, peaches, and plums, as well as plain Greek yogurt. This is on the side of the natural wheat feed i give them.
Sorry for such a long thing, I've been needing help knowing what this is. I've studied and researched and nothings coming up. I also need to know what I should do for my one thats not improving, please help!!
What is your protein source in your feed?
Wheat alone & fruit isn't a complete protein at all, even with the yogurt. Perhaps your wheat feed has some source of protein added to the wheat?
I'd sure get some mealworms or a prepared layer feed into your birds.
Also, you are describing what sounds like a Bacterial, gut infection. Have you used any antibiotics in their water or talked with a vet?
One hen to a vet visit could save your whole flock for $50.00 or possibly less.

I didn't get her temperature, but my sisters friend came over and checked them out. She could tell they had fevers but thats about it. All I worried about was to break the fever and make them well again.

I actually got my parents to understand about the medicine and will let me get it if I need it.

I could never choose to kill her just from being weaker, that would be awful to do for me if she has a chance.

The wheat feed has a protein added to it to help. I can feed it to pigs, chickens, and other livestock if I needed to.

I have vitamins that go in the water now and I use it with my older, two year old hens as well. My parents don't want to take her to the vet either since they only see her as livestock, not an actual animal that should go to the vet. Sad, but its how they view it

I checked her this morning and her crop is still quite full. Her food has settled to the top as its mostly what feels like water for the rest.
