Season the eggs with coarse ground black pepper. You'll never see the blood/meat spots when you do that.

It's not worth the 2 minutes it takes to try and fish them out.

Lol we got pretty good at it - we did baking for a farmer's market, so by the time you've had to fish a few dozen eggshells out of the yolk you build skills. XD

Good to know .. I have had a couple of eggs with blood spots, so reckon still ok to eat !
