We're having surf & turf....back-strap with grilled garlic shrimp, cheesy rice and green beans.

Made walnut brownies with caramel icing last night for dessert.

I'm also getting a meatloaf ready to pop into the oven for tomorrow.

It's 34deg. right now in Southern NH and I am doing a ham, cabbage, potatoes, and carrots in the pressure cooker. Yummm.


A bit of a variation from your typical N.E. Boiled dinner, but allot faster to prepare.

 

[Rare Feathers Farm]

Herb pork roast in the crock pot, roasted red potatoes and spinach salad tonight.

rubbed sage
salt
pepper
garlic, crushed
(5 pound) boneless pork loin
brown sugar
apple cider vinegar
water
soy sauce

Pour all liquids in the crock pot over the roast.

Mix dry ingredients together and rub the roast.

Put on the lid.

Cook on low about 8 hours. YUM!
