Bruised beak and stuff hanging out

This duckling just came out of the shell 6 hrs ago and it still has stuff hanging out that wasnt absorbed. Is it yolks or intestines? Also has a bruised kinda bloody beak. How do I treat this??

Looks like it needs time to finish absorbing the yolk. Keep it on soft dry cloth or paper towels. They little bill maybe got cut when hatching? some neosporin will help there. Hows the yolk looking gone in more?
