Bruised duck beak?

I’ve been away currently at uni and have left my ducks in the care of my parents. They’ve told me my male duck seems to have bruising on his beak and was curious to know if he’s just hurt himself or if it could be something else? He seems alright within his self but his beak isn’t looking the best.

Looks like he may have caught it in something? or stuck it under something?
If he's eating and drinki9ng and acting normal he should be fine.

We had a duckling that one of our chickens pecked through the fence and got its bill. It bled and was super bruised, within a few days it was all healed!
