bruised meat q

birds with chopped off heads can and do bruise.. there is still blood in them for a short time after the head is gone..

I read where somebody put the chicken into a bag and then duct taped the bag tightly around the bird.. why not just duct tape the wings directly and skip the sack??

I hold the bird between my legs and cut his throat while holding his head with my free hand..
