I have some 13 week old pullets. One we named Bea because my daughter said she has big eyes. We think she is blind in one eye due to enlarged pupil. Anyway, my daughter loves to hang out with the chickens and accidentally stepped on Bea. She was loud and let her know she had been stepped on. I noticed yesterday she was limping and favoring her foot. This morning I checked her and saw the middle toe up by the top of the foot is badly bruised. She will limp, walk a few steps and lay down. She definitely does not stand on it very long. Is it possible it is broken? Is there anything I can do for her? I know she is in pain and my daughter is heartbroken that she may have caused it. Crazy question but is there something that can be given for pain? Will it heal on its own?

She could have a bad bruise, or possibly a broken toe. Do you have any pictures? Pain can sometimes be helpful to make them limit their activity, and force rest when there is an injury. Many times a broken toe will heel on it’s own with limiting jumping and running around. On page 23 of this link, you can see how to splint a foot:

She usually just lays down after a few steps, I just worry and want to make sure she is eating and drinking, especially with it being a hot day.

That does look painful. I would place her inside a wire dog crate close to food and water. You also could make a bed for her with food and water right in reach. See post 31 in this thread below for a good idea of making a basket out of a large pot: https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/versions-of-chick-chairs-please.1166308/page-4

This may be a dumb question but do I keep the dog crate in the same area as the other chickens? Will she get picked on once she is put back with the chickens? I know they say there is a pecking order. She still manages to get up on the perch in the run but cannot get down once she is up. If I make her a bed, do I put that inside the crate? I am all new to this and I love these chickens. I just want to help her somehow

With a wire dog crate she could be with the chickens day and night if you move it around. Cover it for shade outside. If she will stay on the roost in the morning until you remove her, you could place her on the roost in the evening at beditime to be with the others. I don’t mind separating chickens for 3-5 days, but there can be some pecking for much longer than that, when one is away from the flock. Being in a crate near them would make it much easier. If you make a splint like the link in post 2, she could walk around on that during the day. And here is another toe/foot splint that looks easily made:
