Dash grazed on some grass as he watched his herd, he saw Dapple with her foal, his son Zap as he ran around his mother, eager to play. Dash snorted and returned to grazing, keeping a watchful eye out for any rogue stallions.

Dapple laid down on the grass as she watched Zap run around "Go play with Flynn" she said and put her head down to rest "Okay!" Zap said excitedly as he ran off to find her

(i didn't see the 'go ahead' from Silver, but if everyone else jumped off a cliff, i'd probably follow...)

Illusion had distanced herself from Nightmare and Aftershock. The black mare rested on her side, her breathing rapid.

Overlooking his herd, Zachorzi flicked his tail lazily. For now, his thoughts were staying calm.

Inferno and Scorch were grazing, side-by-side, each facing opposite directions. This had been their custom since they'd left their herd.

Illusion jerked herself upright with a start. She'd been completely out of it. "I'm alright," she said when she noticed Aftershock.

Nightmare approached, her head lowered. "You're getting close to foaling. That's what you are."

Ace snorted with a flick of his tail, grazing on the sweet grass beside the creek

Apache tosses his head and let out another one of his rumbling whinnies. He pawed at the ground with his huge hoof, stirring up dust from the dry ground

Texas drank from a small river near Meadow Herd

Flynn lifted her head from a long patch of grass when she heard her half brother, Zap

Skye grazed quietly a bit apart from the rest of the herd

Echo trotted over some rough ground, heading toward water

Volans watched over his mares peacefully, tail flicking every now and then at the flies

Ranger trotted over. "I want to have a friend!" he whinnied, long and loud.


Skip came up, his white tipped ears flicking. "Me too.." he nickered quietely.

Illusion looked from one horse to another. Flicking her tail, she pulled herself to her hooves and moved a few yards away. "I know I'm about to foal, Nightmare."

"I would be, too, if only..." Nightmare let her words trail off. She turned and moved also, giving her twin space. She looked at Ranger and Skip. "It'll be a little while."

(i think Zachorzi's the only member of his herd)

Inferno kept stuffing her mouth with grass, but Scorch lifted her head and turned to watch Ace.

(No, it's fine. I just like it a bit better when people don't go over board and actually obey the rules. Doesn't matter though, all good :))

Apache lifted his dun head in surprise "What?" He asked, matching her bluntness

Zap ran over to Flynn"Hey, you wanna play?" He whinnied excitedly

Dash saw a lone stallion near the edge of his territory, he let out a low warning sound to stay away or else
