I use to loathe both asparagus and brussel sprouts, but when I was pregnant with my youngest I started CRAVING vegetables especially the green ones. I remember the day the cravings hit I was at my old works cafeteria in line for the the Alfredo that they make right in front of you. They had just about every vegetable, meat and topping you could think of. I stepped up to the counter and said "This might sound absolutely crazy, but could I have every vegetable you got smothered in Alfredo sauce with no meat or noodles?". On my way home from work that day I stopped at the store and grabbed pretty much every vegetable they had. Needless to say my now 3 year old son LOVES vegetables just as much as I do and he even asks for broccoli, asparagus, brussel sprouts you name it...even for breakfast and snacks

I love brussel sprouts AND asparagus! Yum Yum! Only I don’t eat them often they are hard to clean.
