bsa agreement

i'm trying to agree to the rules to participate in the bsa - but i can read the rules but where do you actually acknowledge that you accept the rules? do i need to actually try to bid or sell and something comes up to agree to? please help i guess i'm computer stupid.

Sorry for the confusion. Basically by using (selling or buying) in the BSA section of the forum you are thereby agreeing to the rules.

So, if you've read and agree, go ahead and have fun!
