Today "CC" refused to come into the coop while the other hens were out.
I had to pick sevesse up and place them in the coop.
While out two of our cats came up to watch and "CC" ran them off.
When I picked "CC" up after getting hens in coop I got the 'mane ruffle' big time and 'head-down-sideways glare'. I could've sworn that bird growled at me as well.
So, I'm thinking young cockeral even more.

I’m leaning towards cockerel.

I'm seriously thinking Cockrel as well, simply because our Rooster hates it with a passion. The Roo tolerates the other BPRs, but singles this one out.
Maybe it's a BSL?
So confused...I know time will tell, but I'm starting to dream about this bird! Lol
This bird is a 100% pullet. She does not have the male type DF Barring. There is nothing at all that says cockerel to me, and I have been raising this breed since I first got chickens
