I got this chick on 4/22/20 marked as a BSL pullet at local feed store. I know very little about them, but her coloring and lack of yellow head dot seemed correct. She should be 5 weeks old now, but may have been up to a week old when i got her. Take a look, have I been duped? Is she a Roo, and/or a different breed or developing fast because they do begin to lay early? Maybe older than I think?
Day i got her (by the wayer bowl)

Today. Blue sheen feathering, red wattles coming on, good size comb, and look at those bulky legs!

Just wanted to make sure the bin at the store wasnt possibly marked with the wrong breed. I am shocked at how much faster SHE is growing/maturing compared to my other breeds of chicks. Maybe i will see eggs early too!
