I just tried to list something for sale in the BST Section and it says my monthly limit is used up. I haven't listed anything yet for the month of November. What happened?

The auctions go on a rolling 30 day month.
So if you have had 5 auctions since Oct 8th, that counts to your monthly limit.
It doesn't reset on the first of each month.
