It might be a leaking air sac, also called subcutaneous emphysema. Birds have air sacs all over the body which is part of their respiratory system. A bump or injury can cause one to rupture. As long as she is in no distress, I would just watch it and it will hopefully be reabsorbed back into the body. If it gets very large, just can insert a needle into it and pull the air out with a syringe or press it out with just a needle.
Many thanks @Eggcessive, I'll follow your advice!I leave those things alone unless there is distress in breathing. If the chick is getting along well, and the spot is not getting larger, I would leave it alone.
