Bubbles in chickens eyes!

Hi, one of my barred rock chickens has foam/bubbles in the corners of her eyes. Around her eyes is a little swollen. With research I think it might be Mycoplasma Gallisepticum but I don’t know what to get to help her out. A couple hours later the bubbles went away but around her eyes is still some swelling. I’m not sure if that means she will be ok or not. I live near tractor supply and agway so if there is anything I can get from there for her would be great. Please let me know if it’s not that disease and what I should get, thankyou!!!!!!!

Here is a picture, the bubbles in the corner of her eyes are completely gone now, I wish I took a picture of it before but here is her now.

Here is another picture of her I just took of the other eye. She is also walking a lot slower than normal when following the other hens, normally she runs and flaps her wings. Also the second image, when I was looking at her there seemed to be some black stuff in her eye, on the edges.

Dosage is 1 tsp per gallon for 3-5 days. Only mix by adding water to the powder. Change it every 3 days.
