If this is mycoplasma gallisepticum or MG, it can make your whole flock carriers for life. You may get some swabs checked with a PCR test to check for MG.
 
Yup. The pullet is a lot better from her eyes. I Googled fowl pox, and the scabs are just like it. Do you think they may be suffering from both things?

It can be common for there to be scabs around eyes and, that environment can be a set-up for bacteria such as mycoplasma to enter the eyes, and cause more infection. Mycoplasma gallisepticum is common in backyard flocks sometimes, and is an opportunistic infection. Let us know how they get along.
