Bubbles in ducks poop. She seems lethargic and seems to be losing her appetite. Help please!

I see mine doing this usually after bathing and when it’s real hot I think it helps cool them. Could she be getting in the pool when your not around.

I keep checking to see if she is getting in the water and she is not. So strange that the other 2 are but not her.

Update on my duck. She is doing much better now. I have seen her eating duck feed and she has been in the pool a few times. She still won't eat their treats unless I throw them in the pool. My husband suggested not giving them the B Complex for a few days and that's when she started to improve. Not sure if they were getting to much or what. I'm just glad she is doing better!
