Bubbles in the eye

Rosa has had the I issue for a month.
She is 5 years old and weighs 6 lb.
She's drinking water and her poops seem to be normal.
She has had no medical treatment from me and I'd like to treat her issues all at home if possible. She has newspaper as her bedding that's been shredded up on top of half an inch of cat litter to eliminate her odors.
Does that help at all?

shes stopped doing that after she drank warm sugar water but this is what I'm worried about

It's the bubble
