Buckeye - pullet or roo?

S/He is about 10 weeks old, maybe a little older. If it is a rooster, we will have to get rid of him as our city code doesn't allow roos. Hoping for a pullet!

I'll vote roo because of the looks of the saddle feathers and the possible sickle feathers? I'm just playing Guess the Gender cuz I really have no knowledge. Good Luck tho and
