Buckeyes for meat

Question for those that have raised buckeyes, when do you typically harvest them for meat?
I am thinking of getting into Buckeyes next year, so I was wondering what the typical grow-out is on these dual-purpose birds.

We've had some that dressed out at 4.5 pounds at 20 weeks free ranging -- not bad. Good breeder stock of White Rocks are also a good choice.
