So, correct me if i'm wrong, but some Buckeyes can have single combs without being crossbred with something else (like a RIR)?The chicken in the front is definitely a female Buckeye.
The one in the back is female, but could be either a hatchery RIR or a Buckeye with a single comb. I have had single combs hatch from my old LF Buckeye line.
