Good morning! First year chicken owner here, and I'm in a bit of a panic.
I noticed this fall that there are some sort of berry branches choking out my lilac trees.
I finally got around to downloading the plant ID app, and it looks like buckthorn/henbane.
I think the girls (and Man-erva) have been eating some of the berries.
How worried should I be? What do I do?

I have buckthorns and I don't see the chickens eating them. But wild birds do without ill effects.
A broody tried to get her chicks to eat some. One picked it up and threw it down. He Gave mom the worse stink eye and yelled at her. :lau
Thank you!
