I was wondering if the people who are on your buddy list can see it, and if you can see if you're on someone else's buddy list... Like there's that place to "add a note." Who's the note for? For you? For them? I found out about the buddy lists back when they were first added, but I could never figure that part out..
I don't really see how most of it works either

All buddy lists are for is basically quick "stalking", meaning seeing who's online when you are.
