In general the ino mutation does not affect eyesight like albinism does in other birds (I freaked out with first one for that reason) I have 3 currently not counting the babies and they fly and maneuver same or better than regular budgiesThey have bad eye eight and cant see well
Yes but I think PoultryBonkers means that they have a greater chance of having eye problems which is true. Inos aren't really known for their great health statusIn general the ino mutation does not affect eyesight like albinism does in other birds (I freaked out with first one for that reason) I have 3 currently not counting the babies and they fly and maneuver same or better than regular budgies

I sang Cardigan by Taylor Swift to them (yes I'm split between he and she now too) and Lemon literally fell asleep! What a cutie!
Also, here is the first baby from our clutch this time, all grown up and tamed!

As @PippinTheChicken suggested, her name is Pippin!
Play with them, pet them and teach them to perch on your index finger while they are little! And then when they can fly, they will let you do all those things perfectly! How do you keep them tamed? Once they fledge here….it’s over![]()
