The pic isn't doing any justice though and it does have a lot of pink (not blue sorry I said it wrong) in it's cere and it's an Ino budgie and they do have that problem of males looking like females so you never know

I *think* it's a he as it as blue-ish marks around it's cere but not sure! But the way you said "They" instead of presuming anything is very sweet!

There's no brown, it's just the bad lighting

Ive raised inos and been breeding for years. My ino hen actually just died recently she had 3 spangled sons split to ino I never bred as Im not a fan of red eyes they cant see and are very skittish imo.
