4 babies. One died as yall know. Extremely satisfied with the mum's performance.

Babies of pair #3 -

The first one got overheated as yall know. The second one got over heated while hatching and died. 3 eggs remained. All hatched!! One hatched just now!! Excited for the PHAT budgies

Pair #4 will also lay soon. The female's abdomen is bulging! She looks like she swallowed a planet! (AMY POND IS MY FAVE COMPANION EVERRR)

The first baby and third baby survived and they are thriving. The second baby died as yall know and the fourth egg turned out infertile. Never breeding this female again BUT it's fine, as long as the remaining babies are healthy

I stopped updating as I was in quite some shock after my hen died. But I'm back, the updates -
Pair #1 - Two very healthy chicks, the first one is looking like the father!
Pair #2 - Three healthy chicks, one died for crop issues, still happy with the result
Pair #3 - Three very healthy chicks
Pair #4 - Anytime now, she's gonna lay. Spends 70% time inside the box
Pair #5 - Four chicks!! All healthy as per now!

Also I planted their seed mix in soil and walah!

I took such a long break but here I am with bad news AGAIN -
Pair #1 - Doing great! 2 healthy AND beautiful babies!
Pair #2 - Doing great too! 3 healthy babies!
Pair #3 - Doing the worst. She killed 2 babies out of pressure I think. I was afraid the one last left will die too. So I gave pair #1 to foster that chick. It's alive!! Separated the parents
Pair #4 - The female's abdomen is a watermelon but still no eggies
Pair #5 - 2 chicks died, so they are with 3 healthy babies.

What an ugly season, shocked by pair #3 really

That's too bad. What do you mean, like a watermelon? Is she egg-bound or internally laying? Ascites?
