Budgie possible illness

We've got a budgie that is having an issue and we're not sure what it is. Does anyone have any ideas? Here's a link to a picture I took this afternoon. According to my mom, it was worse yesterday, all wet and oozy. And she gave it a shot of Tylan.

If you haven't taken it to the vet I suggest you go.

Go to your local vet. It may be expensive, but if you want your bird to live, this is probbobly the best thing to do. I've had alot of budgies, and this is totally something that needs to be checked out. Good luck.

My Great Uncle's version of the vet for birds is "It's sick, just hit its head against the side of a building and put it out of its misery. It's just a bird and it's cheaper than trying to find a vet and driving around wasting gas."
