Buff Cockerel??

I have been suspicious few weeks. Her/his feet are huge. I was hesitant because the other buff roo we ended up with we could tell by the comb and wattle by 6 weeks. This one is still smaller. But those feet and longer tail feathers and hackles...18 weeks! No crow yet....?
