aoxa sorry you are at work and not getting a day off at home (even though this isnt your Thanksgiving in the great white north) hopefully you have a great weekend planned ahead that you can enjoy. Will get you those pictures today (hopefully) if not tomorrow for sure.

Hello all, hope you had a nice turkey day. We bought another bird, since dinner was here and the dogs killed our turkey dinner on the hoof, as it were.

Lucky continues to improve. She almost has her quack back. Baby girl is not improving anymore. Yesterday she was flopping her neck and head around again, and by night was weezing again. Eyes still mostly clear, but if it's the same today, we're going back to the vet. Maybe another round of antiinflamitory will help. I think part of it is she's so impossible to get her mouth open. Last doen, she actually got her beak at angles, and I had to open it again for it too close right. AGH! I'm asking the vet today if i can please just give the poor goose shots. I'm very concerned over her. All other birds are still quite well and healthy.

Baby Girl can make a turn for the better.

We had a great Thanksgiving here, lots of food and family ( I cooked) then a quiet afternoon. We got our first goose egg yesterday too!

Marty - so sorry to hear that Baby Girl is still struggling to mount a recovery. Hopefully the Vet will take a more aggressive approach to treatment as she'll be losing condition and time is precious. My best wishes that she turns the corner for you
