Keep up the good work!

Marty I have been keeping up with Baby's progress and Lucky. I am so pleased to hear that they both are starting to respond so much better. Now eating food AWESOME!!!!
Great job momma on their care.
You know I was wondering why the vet did not give you some triple eye antibiotic to put in Baby's eyes???
I had a duck get white eye stuff and I put it in the eyes one time and it went away...

Baby and Lucky keep up the great work!!!!!

Baby is feeling good today. It was 20 degrees last night, so even in the tight barn there was a thin layer of ice on the water, but Lucky and Baby Girl are both happy. Between them they ate 3 cups of food in the last 24 hours. Not tons, but more than just a few days ago. Lucky is a very tipsy stander, but she is proping herself up with her wingtips to stand (unsteadily) more and more. I suspect she has a sprain to a leg. It does work, but she's slow to move it, and doesn't put much weight on it yet, but she is using it. Still, they both mostly sit around (and change locations every few hours, which sometimes results in Baby actually sitting on Lucky, but Lucky weighs 10 lbs, so she's in no real danger) and chat with me when I come in.

Eyes are both all clear completely today for Baby, and breathing is effortless. They are drinking (and splashing) a few gallons of water a day now too.

I'll be sure to let them both know how happy you are. I'll even give baby a little rub under her wings, which she seems to really like.

thanks you all so much for the support and prayers. I'll get a pic of Lucky and Baby both tonight.

New pics later. Crazy last two days, dress rehearsel for A Christmas Carol yesterday, and tonight is our first play. I and my 2 girls are both in the play this year. The little one is Tiny Tim, so I have to braid and pin up the blond hair to make her look like a boy. (I'm not cutting it for a play!) So, have to be there early, get home a little late. The rest of the shows are Saturdays, but this one is a pain.

Well I think your suppose to tell people before they go on stage to Break a leg but with all you've been through lately, I think I'll not. or maybe you say that for some other reason.
