Buff EEs or Ameraucanas

I just had a chick hatch out from a green egg, and it's yellow. Can you show me pictures of your Buff ( Yellow ) EEs or Ameraucanas please? Thanks alot!

If it hatched from a green egg, it is probably an not an ameraucana. Check it's leg color- green?
An ameraucana breeder would not give you a green egg to hatch unless it was part of an improvement project- and you would have been told that to begin with.

I have a buff EE (just like the pic of the week!) that is a total velcro chicken. Can't wait until she starts laying

We have Buff and they don't hatch yellow they hatch buff.Also Buff Ameraucana's are not easy to find.Unless you got them from an Ameraucana breeder that has buff it's without a doubt EE..as Amy said egg color is wrong,add the how hard it is to find buff then it's yellow...sounds more like a white EE to me.

Oh thanks for the pics! The green egg was from my own flock.

This morning he was all fluffy and he has some brown on his head. I'll post a pic of him in a second ...
