Buff O Rooster with white flee like things on neck
He is still pretty young and the feathers are starting to come in around his neck but the front area of his neck on like his esophogus there are little white things. They are too small to tell if it is a bug or something but there are quite a few of them.
Any ideas?

They may be the covering of new feathers when the emerge.

That sounds like what Lucky had on him when he was young and his feathers were coming in.
Later on he actually did get lice. I'd see a white speck moving on his face and disappearing into the feathers. I dusted the flock and coop with Sevin dust and never had another problem.
