looks like a boy to me. those tail feathers are starting to sprout and I, too, see those shiny feathers around his neck.

we have two BO roos at home, but I'm far from an expert. just my oh-so-humble opinion.

The comb doesn't look very big, but those wattles.... None of my 7 week old pullets had wattles like that, not even the leghorns. My guess would have to be roo, but you can always play the waiting game to be sure.
