A full body profile pic including legs is best for gender id. I can say from the pic it may not be a buff orp, they're solid buff and that bird seems to have a lot of white feathers.

Hmm what could it be. Got from jersey chicken. They do not have many breeds there. I ordered pullets 5-13 weeks. I'm alittle suspicious of my BR and one light brahma too I will put up pick tomorrow if I can get them to stand still lol

The thick legs and reddening comb makes me think that it is a male, not a female. I'm not sure on the breed, but its not a Buff Orpington.

From the color I'd consider some type of sex link, but I think it's male, so it wouldn't be that color and a sex link. I'd send a pic to wherever you got them asking what's going on. I'm not a hundred percent sure it's male, but those are some thick ol legs and the color looks too bright for a sex link. You'll just have to wait and see, but it's absolutely not buff, or an orpington, sorry.

If it is a cinnamon queen, then it is most likely a rooster as I believe the roosters are much lighter in color than a hen of that breed.
