Buff orp with black speckled feathers

I noticed today when Debbie was bathing that she looked so full of dirt or something! Then I noticed that a lot of her tan feathers are very speckled with black making maybe 50% black on some of them. They are all tail feathers. Does this happen to a lot of buff orpingtons? Should I expect a lot of the feathers to look like that? Any one got some pictures of some that have that?

Edit- Shes maybe 12 or 13 weeks old

I have a buff orpington that has some black spots on some of the feathers. It isn't really noticeable unless you get really close. I don't have any pictures of it where you can see the spots.
