need a little wisdom;) . I have a 7 month old buff roo that has been servicing my girls and I noticed today that the tip of his comb is becoming black. Thinking it could be frost bite but someone mentioned that this is a sign of infertility. Does anyone know?

    thanks, Brian

Well, my roos both have black tips to their combs and I'm currently incubating half a dozen fertile eggs. I never heard the black comb tips = infertility thing before. More likely to be frost damage or perhaps pecking damage I'd say.
