Thanks for the suggestions! The closest Walmart is about 15 miles away. I just went online to mypetchicken, and ordered a cute wire egg basket that comes with 12 wooden eggs. Have a great day!
I got mine from McMuray Hatchery online and they were not expensive. I got a dozen brown and and dozen white and my B Orpies and three leghorns are taking to the plastic nests with eggs in them. My BO's are 18 plus weeks and 5 of the 15 are laying.
