Buff Orpington bumble foot Need help! Healing? Purple spot?

So its been awhile since I've posted here. She was doing very well in the first post I posted here, but has gotten worse!?!

She still has this very big scab! Will it heal? Its been about 3months now!
Its more red in real life. The phone doesn't show the redness , almost transparent dried blood. I've kept it clean over the past months and ever since I started treating it.

Her other foot ,
She had some dried skin. Is this normal for them too shed their skin? I took the scab off and the fired skin and it didn't bleed there was new skin under it.

I kept bandages on my chickens with black waterproof tape(electrical tape)That kept dirt and bacteria out until the hole completely healed. This hen doesn't look healed

If its got any color to the scab I pull it off and soak the foot again.
It took months of treating my hens to get rid of bumble foot.I made them bandages and boots until the skin was completely healed and pink

Were you wrapping it before it got worst? I found that my hens bumbles and all the rest of the bumbles started healing when I found out about taking pressure off. I got two corn cushions and stacked them, applying them to where the wound was, putting neosporin over the wound. Another thing I did is wrap there bar in towels.

Soaking every day 30 minutes to an hour no bandages until it softens up enough to remove the core .
I have removed the core, it just has a big dried up scab for like a month now. :)

I'll will try all the things you all suggested.

Helpful article if you haven't seen it already.
You said that it was getting better and then got worse; trying to keep track of everything in multiple threads is a little confusing for me - how have you been treating?
Have you been keeping the coop clean? Are your roosting bars wide enough for them to grip comfortably with the foot more flattened? Is this a reoccurring issue?
In some cases, small pockets of infection go higher up into the foot and it's very difficult to remove the strings of pus. Some folks resort to antibiotics in those cases.
Neosporin ointment is also an option.
Bumblefoot can take 3+ months to heal and requires patience and diligence.
Yes, I keep everything clean and smooth. It is not reoccurring.
The roost bars are flattened and smooth and the coop is kept clean.🙂
Thank you so much for you kind answers and info, it means a lot to me!
